The Essex

We have a room block at the Essex, which is also our wedding venue! We recommend people stay at the Essex for convenience, togetherness, and because VT hotel prices become pretty steep during foliage. We ask people to book on the sooner side so we know if we need to expand the room block. You can book by clicking "View"

Flight

Burlington International Airport

The Burlington airport is a 15 minute drive from the Essex and less to downtown Burlington. You can call ahead to arrange for the Essex to shuttle you between the inn and the airport if you do not plan on having a car for the weekend.

Boston Logan International Airport

If you have extra time before the festivities begin and want to see the most foliage, we recommend you fly into Boston and drive up via I-89 (~3 hours). We come to Vermont every fall and the drive up is half the fun!

If you choose to seek other options, we recommend you research and book early. Unfortunately we aren't the only ones who know how beautiful Vermont is in the fall. As a result, there may be limited accommodations in the area.
