Are kids invited?

Although we love your kiddos, we are keeping these events to adults only. We hope you understand and apologize for any inconvenience!

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, we hope to have the ceremony (30 minutes) outdoors with the following reception indoors. If the weather is bad, we will hold the ceremony in the same indoor location as the reception. Either way, both ceremony and reception will be held at the Essex!

How do I get to the wedding?

Answer

We hope that most people can stay on site. However, there is free parking at the Essex. We want our guests to be safe. If you plan on visiting the open bar, we recommend a pre-scheduled Taxi/Uber/Lyft from your alternative accommodations. The trip from downtown Burlington should not cost too much as it is under 30 minutes away. We caution you to not rely on on-demand uber/lyft because the location is somewhat remote so cars may be limited.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We have invited long term significant others who we are aware of. To ensure we can invite all of our loved ones, we unfortunately will not have room for additional dates/plus ones.

Question

What time should I arrive to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins promptly at 5:00. To make sure everyone is on time and in position, we ask that you plan to arrive between 4:30-4:45.
