Welcome Party

Cocktail party!

Rooftop venue near Monastiraki Square (Athens). There will be dinner and drinks as well as late night snacks. If you wanted to venture in early to explore, feel free! Otherwise, we will be offering transportation to and from the Welcome party. The shuttles will pick up at the below hotels at 6pm and return at Midnight: Somewhere Boutique Athenian Riviera Hotel (Azur, go to AR hotel for pickup, only 50 ft away) The Roc Club (formerly Vouliagmeni Suites) Four Seasons Amarilia Hotel Palace Hotel Glyfada For Airbnb renters, please go to the closest hotel for pickup PLEASE NOTE - we have been told it will be nearly impossible to get a taxi from Athens center to outside of the city late night. We don't want anyone getting stranded therefor we highly recommend to use our transportation back to your hotel after the party. If anyone prefers to leave before the shuttle at midnight (we realize it is a late night), it will be easier earlier in the night to get an Uber back to the hotels.

Beach Day

11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Beach Attire

We will be reserving a shaded lounge area and some sunbeds at a local beach club for anyone who would like to join us! Food and drinks will be served from 11-2pm, beer, wine and passed finger foods (both hot and cold) not a formal sit down meal. Our reservation covers everyone's entrance fees so you can arrive earlier if you wish as it covers the whole day, but we will not have access to our reserved area until 11. There is a bar and full service restaurant if you would like food or drinks outside our reservation time. We will not be providing transportation for this event. It will be easy to get a quick Uber or Taxi to the beach.

Ceremony

6:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Please arrive by 5:30 so you have time to take your seats before the ceremony begins. The reception will immediately follow at the same location. We will provide transportation to the venue from the same locations are noted in the Welcome Party details. If you are not staying at one of the designated locations, you will have no problem getting a taxi or Uber either to a pick up location, or it will likely be easier to Uber directly to the venue. There is free valet parking if you have rented a car. If you are staying in Vari or Vouliagmeni you will only be 5 minutes from the venue. If you are staying in Glyfada you will be 10 minutes from the venue. At the end of the night there will be shuttles back to the hotels as well. The shuttles will run between Midnight and 4am. If you wish to leave earlier, we will have someone onsite to make sure you can get a taxi home.
