Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Please arrive no later than 3:45 pm to find your seats as the ceremony will start promptly at 4 pm. The ceremony will be outdoors on a grassy terrain overlooking the water, so we recommend bringing an extra layer to stay warm and opting for a flat or block heel over stilettos. The outdoor cocktail hour will begin immediately following the ceremony and will include passed and stationary hors d’eourves plus an open bar with wine, beer and cocktails available as well as non-alcoholic options.

Reception

5:30 pm - 9:45 pm

There will be a served, plated dinner with main entree options of chicken, beef and vegetarian dishes. Upon submitting your RSVP, please select from the following entrees: - Chicken Francese (GF) - Pan-seared chicken breast with lemon butter, white wine & parsley - Braised Boneless Short Rib (GF) - Glazed with Coca-Cola chile de arbol glaze Both entrees will be served with mashed sweet potatoes and grilled asparagus with parmesan. There will also be a vegetarian option available. Dinner will be followed immediately by an assortment of desserts and of course, plenty of dancing! Note: The county and venue have a VERY strict noise cutoff of 10 pm, so we will be winding down at 9:45 pm, with all guests needing to be off the premises by 10:10 pm.
