We love your kids, but this is an open full bar celebration for adults only. If you need help finding a sitter, please reach out to Farima.

The number of seats reserved in your honor is reflected on your invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking is available onsite.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Since most guests have cars, we didn't reserve a shuttle. Uber and Lyft are available in Huntsville at a great rate. Embassy Suites is a 10-minute drive to the venue and Westin and Element are 20 minutes away. Please use your best judgment, and reserve a ride if needed.

Is there transportation to and from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

The hotel blocks we've reserved offer transportation to and from the airport based on availability. Due to COVID-19, their staff is currently limited. Please reach out to the hotel prior to your trip to check on airport transportation.

Will we be walking on grass?

Answer

Nope. Our outdoor ceremony is on concrete, and our reception space is indoors.
