Covid-19 Precautions
Masks
Masks are required whenever guests are not seated.
Please bring a mask to the event, and wear it at all times unless seated -- we will have extras just in case!
Social Distancing
Please stay 6 feet apart from other guests.
All picnic blankets will be spaced at least 6 feet apart from other parties.
Assigned Seating
There will be a seating chart for the picnic.
There will be picnic blankets available to everyone, and guests will be seated with their households or anyone that they traveled with. All picnic blankets will be separated by 6 feet.
Food
All food will be served in individual picnic baskets.
Picnic baskets will be placed at your assigned picnic blanket before the wedding begins. There will be no buffet-style or passed food. Please let us know in your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions.
Drinks
Drinks will be passed out during the event.
All drinks will be bottled for a single picnic blanket to share. Everyone will have their own cups. There will be no communal drink station.
Hand Sanitizer
Hand sanitizer will be provided for all guests.
Please make sure to use hand sanitizer frequently throughout the event, especially before and after touching any communal areas, like the guest book.
Temperature Check
There will be a mandatory temperature check on arrival.
Please stay home if you're feeling sick or exhibiting Covid-like symptoms. We love all our guests no matter where they're celebrating our wedding!
