FAQ

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1, 2021.

Question

How are you handling Covid-19?

Answer

We will be taking multiple precautions for the event: spare masks, temperature check on arrival, socially distanced picnic blankets, and plenty of hand sanitizer. For more information, please visit the "Covid-19 Precautions" page of our website.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We don't have a hotel block booked, but we'd recommend staying anywhere in the Upper West Side area (if you'd like to stay close to the ceremony site) or any part of NYC you'd like to explore!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 9:30 and 10 AM! Keep in mind that NYC traffic and subway schedules are unpredictable and often slower than you would expect. If you arrive while we're setting up, feel free to hang at the fringes of the ceremony site or explore the immediate Central Park surroundings.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! Right here! Check out our registry on the "Registry" page of our website.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is "garden party" themed: sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues. Wear clothes you feel comfortable picnicking in!

Question

If I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking in NYC can be tricky -- if you're planning to drive to the ceremony, there are two parking garages at 105th St, or you can try to find street parking (free on Sundays!) on any side street nearby.

Question

What's the best way to get to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend entering the park at the 103rd St entrance at Central Park West -- the ceremony spot will be directly ahead, down the path at the pool. By public transportation, simply take the weekend C train to 103rd St (or the 1 train to 103rd and walk east) or the M10 bus. You can also easily request a 103rd and Central Park drop-off from a rideshare or taxi.

Question

Who designed the cute Lily stamp on your invitation?

Answer

Our friend Genevra Collier! If you'd like to commission your own pet portrait, let us know -- we'd be happy to put you in touch.

Question

What if I have any other questions not answered here?

Answer

Feel free to reach out anytime before the wedding (though maybe not RIGHT before the wedding)! If you like, you can reach us at our special wedding email address: forestercameronwedding@gmail.com.
