Our ceremony will be held at Holy Cross Immaculata Church. The church was built in 1859, just before the American Civil War, for the German congregation in the city’s Mt. Adams neighborhood.

In 1843, in his last public speech, President John Quincy Adams opened the new Observatory on the property, thereafter becoming the Holy Cross Monastery, and now, an event center rich in history.

The Ohio River, in the background, begins at Pittsburgh, PA and ends at Cairo, IL and empties into the Mississippi. The average depth is 24 feet and the deepest section is 130 ft near Louisville, KY.
