Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a traditional Catholic ceremony and will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to avoid disruption.

Question

What's the weather in Cincinnati like in September?

Answer

September offers the most pristine weather and is one of the best times to visit Cincinnati. Temperatures range from 59-79 degrees so you will only need a light sweater. September is also the driest month of the year in terms of precipitation averaging only 6 days of rain. Fun fact: It rains in Cincinnati each month of the year!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The ceremony and reception venues are historic places rich in history and will be held indoors. As such, our vision for the evening is formal, elegant, sophisticated. The dress code is formal, Black Tie requested. We respectfully encourage men to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie, and women to wear a floor-length evening gown in any rich color. Everyone is going to look so beautiful.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

For your utmost enjoyment, we'd like to seat you with family or friends you know. Please RSVP asap after receiving your invitation. Seating assignments for the dinner reception will be done as RSVP's are received. We will assume you're unable to attend if we do not receive your RSVP by 8/15/25. We look forward to celebrating with you.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

It is with a heavy heart that we've had to limit our guest list. Please bring only the guest named on your invitation. Each guest is by invitation only. Thank you for your love, friendship, and understanding.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to space constraints, please bring only the guest named on your invitation. Each guest is by invitation only.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes. Please see 'Travel' folder. Of note, The Lytle Park Hotel is a chic, historic building originally built in 1909. This beautiful hotel is rated AAA, Four Diamond. Hotels near/ at CVG airport, as well as Airbnb's, will offer the most cost-effective accommodations.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is minimal parking at the church. However, there is ample free parking at The Monastery beginning at 5 PM. Or, consider taking an Uber or Lyft, as street parking is also very limited. Please note, that the church and reception venue is only a 7-minute walk from each other.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception is located in Mt. Adams and is just a few minutes drive from the Central Business District of Cincinnati and Over-The -Rhine. Uber and Lyft is available if you choose not to rent a car. It's highly likely most guests will choose to stay in this area.

Question

Will cash fund gift-givers be named?

Answer

Yes. Jessica and Nick will be informed of all gifts given. Thank you in advance for your generosity.

Question

If my partner can't make it, can I bring someone else?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend. Thank you for understanding.
