Free Buses in Vail
Once you get to Vail, it is very easy to get around. The Town of Vail offers a free bus system that runs between East Vail and West Vail and stops at many locations, including Vail Village, Lionshead, Vail Mountain, and the Vail Transportation Center (where you will take the shuttle to the venue on the wedding day). Service typically runs from about 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM, making it a convenient way to travel between hotels, restaurants, and activities around town.

Denver International Airport
Denver International Airport is about a two-hour drive from Vail, with a stunning route through the Rockies. It also offers more flight options at typically lower fares than nearby airports. If you are looking for a closer option, the Vail/Eagle County Regional Airport is only a 40-minute drive or shuttle ride away from Vail.

There will be no parking available at the venue. All wedding guests must take the shuttle. The shuttles will leave the Residence Inn and the Vail Transportation Center at 3PM. Ceremony starts at 4PM.
