Cocktail/ Semi-Formal Attire: Suits and cocktail dresses are requested.
Wedding Shuttle: 3:00 - 3:30 PM - There is no parking at the venue. All guests must take the wedding shuttle at 3 PM from the Residence Inn Vail or the Vail Transportation Center. Ceremony: 4 PM - The ceremony will take place on the wedding island overlooking the Gore Mountain Range. Cocktail Hour: 5 PM to 6 PM - Shuttles will take guests back to the Nordic Center for cocktail hour on the patio. Reception: 6 PM - 11 PM - Celebration begins in the Gore Range Room.
