PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

There is no parking available at the venue. We will have a shuttle service for all guests to and from the reception. The shuttle will pick up guests at 3 PM from the following locations: - Residence Inn by Marriott Vail (1783 N Frontage Rd W, Vail) - Vail Transportation Center (241 South Frontage Road East, Vail)

WHERE IS THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION?

Answer

The wedding cocktail hour and reception are at the Vail Golf & Nordic Clubhouse. The ceremony will be a short walk from the clubhouse on the Wedding Island, overlooking the Gorge Range mountains.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Our wedding will be an adults-only event, thank you for understanding!

CAN I BRING A GUEST OR DATE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name.

Cocktail / Semi-Formal dresses and suits are requested. Looking forward to celebrating with you all in style!
