West Mountain Inn

We have a very limited number of rooms available at West Mountain Inn, our wedding venue, for family and our wedding party to stay onsite. Most rooms at West Mountain Inn require a two night minimum stay, covering Saturday October 9th and Sunday October 10th, with a small handful of rooms available for check-in on the 10th with a one night stay. Please contact us if you have any preferences. If the back of your 'Save the Date' indicates that you have been invited to stay onsite at West Mountain Inn, please call the number listed here to reserve your room!

The Lodge at Bromley

We have a room block available at The Lodge at Bromley. The Lodge is about 25 minutes from our wedding venue (shuttles will be provided to/from the wedding) and is very convenient to Manchester, VT for shopping, dining and more to make the most of your weekend in Vermont. Shuttle

By Car / Shuttle

Our wedding shuttle will bring guests between our hotel room block and the West Mountain Inn. If you stay outside our room block, please let us know when you RSVP and we will do our best to arrange for a convenient shuttle pick-up if possible. The shuttle will depart the Lodge at Bromley at 3:35-3:45 pm. Shuttles returning to the Lodge at Bromley will be available beginning at 8:30 pm, and will run every half hour until the last shuttle leaves at 11:10 pm. Parking is available at West Mountain Inn, should you choose to drive to our wedding. The address is 144 West Mountain Inn Road, Arlington, Vermont 05250. Lyft and Uber are not readily available in this part of Vermont, so please plan accordingly!

Albany International Airport (ALB) is the closest airport, 1 hour away by car. Additional airports include: Burlington Airport (BTV) - 2.5 hours away by car Bradley Airport (BDL) - 2.5 hours away by car Boston Airport (BOS) - 3 hours away by car If you are flying, we highly recommend renting a car. If you choose not to rent a car, you may be able to take a Lyft, Uber or taxi from the airport to your hotel. Please contact your hotel to arrange your return transportation to the airport.
