Question

What's the status of your wedding? (COVID health/safety)

Answer

After postponing our wedding a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we thrilled to finally celebrate our wedding with you. We are requesting that our guests who are not fully vaccinated obtain two negative PCR test results within the week prior to the wedding. One test 7-3 days out, and another test within 3 days of the wedding. To create a safer environment for everyone, we are suggesting that all guests obtain a negative COVID test result during the week leading up to the wedding.

Question

How should I dress for the weather?

Answer

Please plan to dress in cocktail attire for our wedding. Here are some things to consider as you choose what you'd like to wear: Our ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour. Our reception, which will immediately follow cocktail hour, will take place indoors at the West Mountain Inn's climate-controlled barn. However, the large barn doors and windows can be opened for extra ventilation if needed as an added safety precaution. For the outdoor portion of our wedding, be prepared for temps anywhere between the mid-50s and low-70s. Later in the night it could get down into the 40s. Also, there are gravel walkways and grassy areas, so plan your shoe choice accordingly!

Question

What are my meal options?

Answer

The chef at West Mountain Inn is preparing a delicious, filling, plant-based family-style meal for us with several choices, including allergen-friendly options (gluten free, soy free and nut free). If you have dietary restrictions we should be aware of, please let us know when you RSVP.

Question

May I bring my child or a guest?

Answer

Select the "RSVP" tab on our website, and type in your name. All members of your party will be listed there. If you need a babysitter, we'd be happy to share the name and phone number of someone who comes highly recommended by the Inn. For additional sitter suggestions, please contact any of the hotels listed on the "travel" page. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Will you be having an "unplugged" ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We request that our guests silence their phones and refrain from using them or taking photos/videos during our wedding ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and we will absolutely share the photos with you! After over a year of social distancing and virtual gatherings, we can't wait to put away our phones and be fully present with all of you on our wedding day.

Question

What times will the shuttles run between the Lodge at Bromley and West Mountain Inn?

Answer

The shuttles will leave the Lodge at Bromley on Sunday at 3:35-3:45 PM. Return shuttles will begin at 8:30 pm, running approximately every half hour until 11:10 pm.

Question
