Safia
Maid of Honor
Safia randomly strolled into Manola's life during her first year in college, and they've been inseparable ever since. There isn't enough space here to describe all the epic and random moments these two have had together, but here are a few: Passing out on the curb after over-drinking tequila; endlessly gossiping on tiny balconies; crying their eyeballs out because Manola was going on a one-month vacation; crying even more when she decided to move to the Philippines; whatsapping every day about the most random details in life; and wanting to murder people who try to crash their precious one-on-ones when they're finally reunited. Vitor
Groomsman
Victor and Vitor have been friends for more than 15 years, and Victor considers Vitor (are you confused yet?!) as his life mentor, always inspiring and pushing him to do better. These Porto boys have been rocking Asia together for a while now, and don't plan on quitting anytime soon! Vitor is basically Victor's second girlfriend; and will soon be his only, since Manola got promoted ;) If Whatsapp wouldn't be free of charge, these two would probably be bankrupt because when they talk...they TALK! Football, NBA, politics or gossip — you choose! Aside from enjoying Vitor's amazing sense of humor, be sure to ask him if his favorite football team Sporting has ever won a single Portuguese championship... :D
Quinten

When people ask how Quinten and Manola know each other, they always end up getting confused. Long story short: They met in Yemen during middle school, lost touch for several years, but ultimately became best friends when they were both back in Belgium. Quinten is one of those people who looks a little too serious when you first meet him...but after a while you realize he's fooled you all along. He shares countless silly, intellectual and drunken memories with Manola, and always had her back. By the way, that's his thing — to act like a bodyguard. Quinten and Manola also insult each other a lot for no particular reason. Watch out for this guy on the dancefloor...he may be white and blonde, but he shakes his ass like an African mama!
Jaime
Groomsman
Sometime in 1991, a new kid joined Victor in class. Cool, smart, fancy sneakers and curly hair — Victor was secretly jealous of him. Little did they know they would become friends for life. There isn't anything Jaime and Victor haven't done together. From listening to Oasis non-stop to crying because of Portuguese soap operas, these two have done it all...to the point where Manola sometimes feels a little left out ;) Jaime is the best friend anyone could ever wish for. In addition to being hilarious, he will always tell you the truth and never let you down. But because you can't have everything, he also happens to be a terrible dancer...watch him battle Quinten on the dancefloor!
Meridel
Bridesmaid
Meridel was also on top of the volcano where Manola and Victor met for the first time. She's been the couple's little sister ever since, and has gone on a ton of adventures with them. Unfortunately for her, Meridel happens to be the one Manola and Victor lovingly bully the most. From playing ridiculous drinking games to eating some of the world's finest 'delicacies' (bug burgers anyone?), Del is always good for a laugh. Meridel is the sweetest and most-easy going person ever, but if you are going to make fun of her, be aware that she punches like Pacquiao and fly-kicks like Bruce Lee! Just ask Victor ;)
Runar
Marriage Officiant & Groomsman
Runar: How long have you guys been together? Manola and Victor: Hum....one day... Runar: Cool! That's how the most meaningful friendship in Victor and Manola's relationship (awkwardly) started. Since then, Runar has become the couple's go-to third-wheel and brother from another mother. After spending five years together in Asia, their natural complicity will make you feel like they've known each other for MUCH longer! Runar is a giant person — at least compared to Victor — with an even bigger heart. He is special in every single way and will never cease to surprise you with his kindness, sense of humor and silliness. Watch out for this guy's pranks!
Fhrea
Bridesmaid
Who run the world? FHREA. Don't let her cute ways fool you — this girl means business. Manola was actually a little intimidated when she first met Fhrea...in fact, she still kind of is :D When Manola gets tired of being an adult and making decisions, she just leaves it up to Fhrea. From finding the best deals to just being there when Manola needs to rant (about Victor)...she just makes life a better place! She also has a unique talent to walk around in 6+ inch heels. Beneath her 'Devil Wears Prada' looks, Fhrea is the sweetest and most thoughtful person you will ever meet! She's actually more excited about planning the wedding than Manola is, so if you are having a blast during the couple's special day, be sure to thank her :D
Hugo

Victor once said "Man, I wish I could be as strong as that old man over there". That man is Hugo and he became one of Victor's best friends in the past few years. It wouldn't be an overstatement to say that Victor and Manola have become sort of addicted to Hugo. Their abs as well, since it is impossible not to laugh when this Kiwi opens his mouth and makes use of his endlessly witty jargon. Aside from a peculiar talent to use words you have never heard of, Hugo became a very special person in the couple's life. However you are strongly advised to bring along a dictionary if you are not a native English speaker ;)
Mario

Mario and Manola used to work together, and it wasn't long before they spent every coffee and lunch break together. There isn't a single topic these two haven't discussed — and argued about :D Just like Manola, Mario has one of the most expressive faces you will ever come across...which probably explains why they've become so good friends. Although these two don't need to say anything to know exactly what's going in each other's minds, they've probably broken the record for the chattiest get-togethers ever! Mario is one of the most entertaining people you will ever meet, so don't you dare miss out on his crunchy stories!
Kim

Manola doesn't actually remember the first time she met Kim — but somewhere along the way, she fell in love with Kim's bubbly personality (and pixie cut)! There is no saying how many Friday nights Kim and Manola have spent together...nor how many hangovers they've had because of each other's bad influence. In addition to both being extreme germophobes, they both share a true passion for making fun of their respective partners. They are also extremely cheesy drunkies, and have probably said "I love you" to each other more times than to their partners! While it's hard to imagine how Kim could be even more bubbly, we invite you to give her a few shots of tequila...and see for yourself ;)
