The Story of Fishy Fries

No, this is not a story about food (or is it?!) This is the tale of two funny humans who met on top of a Filipino volcano on June 8, 2013 and decided to make each other's lives a hell.... lotta fun! Why Fishy Fries? FOOD IS (their) LIFE (together). When Manola thought about giving Victor a nickname — which most of you know is unavoidable when she likes someone — she started calling him Bacalhau, aka codfish in Portuguese. Five years later, Bacalhau simply turned into Fish! As for Fries...it isn't really a nickname, but you may have noticed how proud Manola is of her Belgianness. Nothing beats Belgian Frites! And please don't tell her fries are French, or you are officially disinvited.
