FAQs

Question

What happens if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP by the date requested, it will be marked as a “no.” We will miss you celebrating with us. However, we are sure you can understand our need to provide accurate head counts for planning purposes.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones. However, this is an adults-only event unless otherwise specified directly by the bride and groom. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Question

Can I bring a date/plus-one?

Answer

We are excited to spend this day with our nearest and dearest! However, we can only accommodate the specific guests listed on your invitation. Thanks for your understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to find a seat ahead of time and be ready to start the celebration(s) on schedule.

Question

What happens if I arrive late for the ceremony?

Answer

We get it: things happen. We are exploring livestream options for those who are either unable to attend in person and/or those arriving after the ceremony begins.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is ample parking at the ceremony location. For those who will be celebrating at the reception with us, parking is limited. Consider carpooling to the extent that it is possible.

Question

Is there a hashtag?

Answer

Yes! #FinallyPierreLouis

Question

Is there a theme?

Answer

Yes: fall harvest

Question

Will the festivities be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both. The ceremony will be indoors; the reception will be outdoors.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a specific dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal.

Question

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride: whites, creams, ivories.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have decided that our ceremony will be unplugged. This means that phones, photos, and other electronic devices must be stowed away. We have hired skilled professionals to help us capture our special day. The best gift is your undivided attention. After the ceremony, however, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like!

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will surely be missed! In the event that you are unable to attend, we request that you notify us so that we may update your RSVP.
