Where should I stay? We have reserved room blocks at the following hotels: TownePlace Suites by Marriott, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, and Home2 Suites by Hilton. Be sure to use our wedding room block code when booking. Room Options: TownePlace Suites: King suites and double queen rooms, all with kitchens; sleeper sofas available in king rooms only Fairfield Inn & Suites: Standard king or double queen rooms Home2 Suites: King and queen suites with kitchens and available sleeper sofas Hotel Amenities: Complimentary hot breakfast Free parking and Wi-Fi Fitness and business centers On-site mini markets Laundry facilities available Note: Only Fairfield Inn & Suites offers an indoor pool open year-round. Check-In/Out: Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 PM (Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and availability.) Transportation: Ubers are widely available in the area. We recommend using Uber to and from the hotels or carpooling. There is also plenty of parking available at the venue. Booking Details: Guests can book using the provided links, by calling the hotel directly, or through other travel sites if a better rate is available. Please note that all hotels have a 72-hour cancellation policy—cancellations made within that window will incur a one-night charge. Airbnb Options: Airbnbs are also available in the area and are beginning to populate. While our wedding is in Calhoun, some surrounding areas are more rural and may require additional travel time.
