Are children welcome?

Children are welcome to join us at our Friday welcome gathering at Summerwind Vineyard. Our wedding celebration on Saturday will be adults only. Thank you so much for understanding!

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at New Branch Farms. The ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Summer Formal (Black Tie Optional) Our dress code is Summer Formal with a Black Tie Optional feel, perfect for a warm, sunny celebration. Guests are encouraged to wear soft, summery colors. Ladies: Elegant midi or maxi-length dresses are recommended. Men: A suit or button-up shirt and tie with slacks is perfect. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, ivory, cream, or denim so the focus stays on celebrating the couple.

Should I bring extra shoes?

If you plan on hitting the dance floor, we definitely recommend bringing a comfortable pair of shoes! We want everyone dancing the night away.

Yes, complimentary parking is available on-site

Are there hotels nearby?

Answer

Yes! We have secured a discounted room block for our guests at the Hampton Inn & Suites Smithfield. You can find the booking link on the Travel page of our website. A shuttle will also be stopping at this hotel for guest transportation to and from the venue. There are several other nearby accommodations as well, including Smithfield Station, Smithfield Inn, and local Airbnb options in the area.

Is local transportation provided?

Yes! We have arranged a shuttle service for guests staying at nearby hotels. The shuttle will provide transportation to and from the venue so you can relax and enjoy the evening.

What time does the shuttle leave for the wedding?

Answer

The shuttle will pick up guests from the Hampton Inn at 3:15 PM and take them to New Branch Farms

Where will the shuttle pick up and drop off?

Answer

Pick up and drop off will both be at the Hampton Inn and suites Smithfield. At this time, this is the only plan shuttle location.

Will there be a shuttle after the wedding?

Answer

Yes, the return shuttle will take guests back to the Hampton Inn at the end of the night

Can food allergies or dietary restictions be accommodated?

Yes, please note any food allergies or dietary restrictions in the RSVP section. We will provide that information to our caterer so they can prepare accordingly.
