Casual attire

We’d love for you to join us at Summerwind Vineyard on Friday evening! This is a very casual get together before the wedding, just a chance to relax, have a glass of wine, and spend some time together before the big day. We will be arriving around 715/7:30 PM after our rehearsal and have an area reserved for our group once we arrive. Children are welcome, and vineyard-casual attire is encouraged. Please note that this is not a formal hosted dinner. Food and beverages will be available for purchase through the vineyard, and they’ll also have live music that evening. If you haven’t tried their sangria before, it’s delicious! Feel free to stop by for as little or as long as you’d like. The vineyard will be open till 10 PM that night. If your plans have changed and you’re unable to make it, no worries at all. We’re simply looking forward to spending some time with everyone before the wedding weekend officially begins!

Wedding

4:00 pm - 10:45 pm

Summer Formal (black tie optional vibe) attire

Our ceremony and reception will take place at New Branch Farms in Smithfield, Virginia. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:00 PM so everyone is seated before the ceremony begins. Please note that our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. Following the ceremony, please join us for cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, and a night of celebration. Our wedding dress code is Summer Formal / Black-Tie Optional. Shuttle service will be available from the Hampton Inn & Suites Smithfield, with pickup beginning at 3:15 PM and return transportation provided at the end of the evening. We are so grateful to celebrate this special day with our favorite people and can't wait to dance the night away with you!
