Kendra

Best Woman

Kendra and Meredith have been friends for 10 years! They met on their very first day at the University of Mary Washington and quickly became best friends. After rooming together for 2 years, they've remained close going from late-night study sessions, and road trips to DC, to Pho dinners, movie marathons, trips to Maine, and celebrating life milestones after college! P.S. Kendra is married to Trey!

Lauren

Bridesmaid

Lauren is Meredith's twin sister and has been there since day one (minus 14 minutes). Growing up, Lauren and Meredith enjoyed playing sports together and spending too many hours at the beach, the pool, or on the water in Virginia Beach. They even worked together as lifeguards throughout their high school and college summers. Lauren continues to be Meredith's best friend as they enjoy playing video games, planning dream Disney vacations, and catching up at their favorite spots in Virginia Beach when Meredith visits!

Elaina

Bridesmaid

Meredith met Elaina at the Hurley Convergence Center at the Digital Knowledge Center where they worked as student tutors. They bonded over their shared love of web design, social media, and photography. They continue to work with web design and social media now, where Elaina works for the Library of Congress in social media and runs her own photography business. They've remained close over the years thanks to frequent trips to Washington DC, playing video games, and crafting together.

Isabelle

Bridesmaid

Isabelle met Meredith in 2021 through a mutual friend in Fredericksburg. They've stayed close over the years and love visiting some of their favorite spots in Fredericksburg, like 6 Bears and a Goat Brewery, Hyperion Coffee, and Mondays Plant Shop. While they're not galavanting Downtown, they're either playing Animal Crossing or watching their significant others (Matt & Brandon) work on their cars together. Fun fact: Isabelle & Matt got engaged just 3 days after Meredith & Brandon!

Lauren

Officiant

Lauren and Meredith have been friends since middle School! They met in their church Youth Group growing up, where they learned to have a heart for service, serving on a few mission trips to Nicaragua together. After graduating high school they remained in touch and even though they don't see each other often, their friendship remains strong. Lauren graduated from Duke Divinity School and is ordained in the United Methodist Church, currently in Sterling VA. Meredith & Brandon are both so excited to have Lauren marry them!

Jackson

Groomsman

Brandon has been friends with Jackson "Nicholes" since 2016. They served together in the Marines from 2016-2019 and underwent many training environments and two deployments as brothers. Once they both finished their service, they stayed in close contact from video gaming and car talk. Nicholes moved to Utah to pursue a career in the medical field and further education.

Matt

Groomsman

Matt and Brandon met in 2021 through Meredith (and Isabelle). They quickly bonded over their love for cars, both working on their own projects. Matt collects whiskey and recently started refurbishing old Nintendo consoles! Matt is engaged to Isabelle and he proposed just 3 days after Brandon proposed to Meredith.

Trey

Groomsman

Trey and Brandon met in 2021 when Meredith planned a double date with Kendra and Trey. He and Brandon hit it off with their similar sense of humor, interest in firearms, and love of video games. When they're not working you can find them sending each other memes and playing Call of Duty and Halo together. Trey is married to Kendra!
