Well... yes, to part of it. Maybe. Another reason we chose Fountain Point is so that our friends and family could use the weekend for a summer vacation with their kids if they choose. There is a beach for swimming, boats for rowing, and games for playing! If you want to bring your kids, please let us know so that we can keep an accurate tally and know how many to expect. We will provide on-site childcare/babysitters from 1:00pm to 11:00pm on the night of the wedding as the ceremony and reception are for adults only. Your kids are welcome at the rehearsal dinner on Friday night. Please know that there will not be extra beds for them. However, some of the cottages have couches and room for air mattresses.
Yes! Another exciting aspect of the weekend is that you can come as early as Wednesday and stay as late as Tuesday pending availability, for free! If you intend to come before Friday or stay later to enjoy more time, please let us know. We're hoping that you will take advantage of this.
Cole and Emily plan to arrive on Wednesday afternoon and stay until Tuesday. In doing so, we hope to spend time with all of you. We might play a round of golf, go for a hike at the dunes, or spend a day swimming in Lake Leelanau. Please let us know if you have made specific plans and we may choose to join you!
May in northern Michigan could be 75 and sunny or 50 and rainy! For the ceremony and reception, normal wedding attire is fine. Stiletto heels might prove difficult in the grass but of course, dress as you wish!
Respectfully, no. Emily is and always will be a Felsing. Please refrain from calling her Mrs. Lussier.
We hope that you are. The science is clear— the vaccine is safe and necessary to decrease the risk of contracting Covid-19 and passing it to others.
