Seattle International Airport is about an hour and fifty minute Car/Shuttle ride to the Ferry. Bellingham International Airport is about an hour from the Ferry, you do have an option to take another smaller plane from this airport onto Orcas Island if you would rather not take a ferry. options are San Juan Airlines - www.sanjuanairlines.com
Shuttle

Bellair Airporter Shuttle provides daily bus service from SeaTac and downtown Seattle to the Anacortes ferry terminal. Please disregard the time start and end time we had to put them in. there is NO scheduled shuttle you will have to book according to your travel plans.
Travel Note
There are several modes of transportation to Orcas Island and the beautiful San Juan Islands. Most often, people take one of the iconic Washington State Ferries from Anacortes to the islands. You now have the ability to make a reservation on the ferry for your car (walk-on passengers don’t require reservations.) It’s suggested to make reservations for your trip to Orcas, and your return to Anacortes. Visit TakeAFerry.com to see schedules and make reservations. ****(note the ferry schedule is not out yet for August you will have to check back)**** Reservation space is released in tiers. A portion (30% of each sailing) is released up to two months before the first sailing of the season (fall, winter, spring or summer sailing seasons). Another 30% is released two weeks prior to sailing, and the final 30% is released two days before departure. There is no charge to make a reservation (no-shows do incur a $16 charge). If you are coming by Washington State Ferry, your ticket is good for a round trip — you only pay going westbound (coming to the island). Payment is made at the ferry terminal in Anacortes.

Rental Car
Turo is sorta like Airbnb but for cars. I highly suggest Turo its extremely convenient,our most recent trip to Orcas Island we were able to have the owner pick us up at the Seattle Airport he handed over the keys and we were on our way!
Hotel
The Outlook Inn is the location of our wedding.We do have a room block however it is only for the 2nd & 3rd of August. they are fully booked the days before and after the wedding so unfortunately if you were planning on staying longer this might not be the place to stay or you might have to move locations so please keep that mind.

This is our top suggestion if you're looking to stay a bit longer, Its conveniently located right next door to the outlook inn ( you can easily walk to this location from the outlook inn).

These vaction rentals are also very close by about a 2 minute walk to The Outlook Inn. Reservations open up in late January so please remember to continually check the website places go fast.

There are plenty of Airbnb rental properties on the island. We suggest you stay in the Eastsound are of the island it is the closest to our venue and main street. If you'd like to stay a little further out We highly suggest you rent a car as most things to do and eat are on the main street of the island.
