Please arrive to be seated by 1:45pm for the ceremony starting at 2:00pm. Oceanside Sanctuary is 0.4 mi from The Seabird Hotel and Springhill Suites. This is a gradual 10 minute walk from downtown. Parking is limited to street parking and a small parking lot across the street. Please see the Shuttle section for information on the Shuttle buses to the Reception.
Botanica Shuttle Buses
3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Reception Attire
We are providing shuttle buses to the reception and back to downtown Oceanside. The first shuttle will be mostly for family, leaving by 3:30 pm directly from the church following pictures. The first bus for guests will depart near the Oceanside Pier and Beach lot 24, just south of the Spring Hill Suites and Seabird Hotels, promptly at 4:00 pm. The last shuttle bus will leave promptly at 4:30 pm to arrive for the cocktail hour by 5:00 pm. Cocktail hour is 5-6 pm. If you are not taking the shuttle to the reception, you may Uber or drive your vehicle. There will be ample parking at the venue. You may arrive between 4:45 pm - 5:00 pm. Departure: Shuttles will depart from Botanica following the Fays' Grand Exit at 9:50 p.m. and return to the pick-up point, Oceanside Pier and Beach 24 lot. Please find Information about the shuttle buses to the reception venue in the shuttle section of this web site. Parking is plentiful at Botanica if you choose to drive or Uber. (~25 minutes from The Seabird Hotel). Cocktail hour will begin at 5 PM and will be outdoors, please bring a light jacket / sweater. You may be asked to present photo ID. After cocktail hour, we will move into our tented reception space. Dinner will be served family style with pre-set meal options, so please note any allergies or dietary restrictions. Bring your dancing shoes and drop a song request below! Sorry, adult only. After our wedding we plan to have a casual beach day with friends and family. We would love to see you all before we leave for our honeymoon Sunday night! We will be providing locally made tamales, empanadas, and breakfast burritos!
