Our wedding attire is black-tie. Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on grass.
For the Welcome Party on Thursday, transportation will not be provided to Oakencroft Farm & Winery; however, we will have buses available at the end of the evening to take guests back to the University Baptist Church (1223 W Main Street), which is a centralized spot for those staying in the hotel room blocks on Main Street. For our Wedding Ceremony & Reception at Farmington Country Club, we will have transportation available to and from Farmington. Please see those details outlined below: Buses to Farmington: Buses will be available to pick up guests from the Main Street hotel room blocks at the University Baptist Church (1223 W Main St, Charlottesville, VA 22903) at 3:30PM. Shuttles back from Farmington: We will have 3 shuttles throughout the evening to take guests back to the hotel room blocks on Main Street. Drop-offs will also be to the University Baptist Church (1223 W Main St, Charlottesville, VA 22903): - Early Shuttle will depart at 9:30PM - Mid-night Shuttle will depart at 10:15PM - End of night Shuttle will depart at 11PM
Yes! Parking is available at Farmington Country Club; however, we recommend that guests use the provided transportation if possible, as parking spaces are limited. Please note that guests may not leave their cars overnight in the Farmington parking lot.
While we love your little ones, we unfortunately are unable to accommodate children for the wedding celebration (with the exception of immediate family). We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. If you are planning to travel with children, we are happy to provide suggestions for childcare!
