Welcome Party

8:15 pm - 10:00 pm

Join us for our Welcome Party to kickoff our wedding weekend on Thursday night! We hope to see you there. ------- Transportation will not be provided to Oakencroft Farm & Winery; however, we will have buses available at the end of the evening to take guests back to the University Baptist Church (1223 W Main St, Charlottesville, VA 22903), which is a centralized spot for those staying in the hotel room blocks on Main Street.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Black Tie

We are so excited to have you join us for our Wedding! Please arrive by 4 PM as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. The cocktail hour and reception will follow on-site. ------- Transportation and parking at Farmington are available. Please note that parking is limited, and cars may not be left overnight. Buses to Farmington: Buses will pick up guests from the Main Street hotel room blocks at University Baptist Church (1223 W Main St, Charlottesville, VA 22903) at 3:30 PM. Shuttles back from Farmington: Three shuttles will return guests to the hotel room blocks. The first drop-off will be at Boar’s Head Resort, and the final at University Baptist Church, a central stop for Main Street hotels (1223 W Main St, Charlottesville, VA 22903). The end-of-night shuttle at 11 PM will also stop at the after-party for guests who wish to continue the celebration. - Early Shuttle will depart at 9:30PM - Mid-night Shuttle will depart at 10:15PM - End of night Shuttle will depart at 11PM

Brunch

10:30 am - 12:30 pm

Attire: Casual

Parking is available for those who wish to drive. You may park in the driveway on the grass up to the house or along the side street, Bellair Lane. If you park on Bellair Lane, please take the steps up to the backyard. Look for the white balloons!
