Due to COVID-19, we made the decision to postpone our wedding from our original date. Our new wedding date is March 26, 2022 and will be located at the same venue (Mt. Woodson Castle). We hope you'll save our new date and be able to celebrate with us!
The ceremony and reception will be held at the Mt. Woodson Castle in Ramona, CA. Mt. Woodson Castle was built in 1921 as a private residence for Amy Strong, a famous San Diego dress designer. It is now a designated San Diego Historical Site and the location for our wedding!
We have booked a room block at two hotels near the venue. These hotels and the room block information can be found under the "Travel" section. If you are looking for a hotel in the city of San Diego, feel free to reach out to either of us for recommendations.
Please RSVP and let us know your plans by February 25, 2022. You can easily RSVP using the RSVP section on this website!
We do not have an official dress code. We recommend semi-formal or cocktail attire, but want you to be comfortable at the wedding. We recommend shoes that you feel comfortable walking in, as the venue has some uneven bricks. In addition, there is grass, so we recommend leaving the stilettos at home.
Yes! Mt. Woodson Castle offers free parking at the venue. If needed, you are able to leave your car overnight at Mt. Woodson.
We would love for you to take pictures during our reception! However, our ceremony will be an "Unplugged Ceremony," meaning phones, cameras or other devices should be put away. We have an amazing photographer and videographer to capture the ceremony for us and we would love for you to be present in the moment with us!
Your presence at our wedding is gift enough, but if you do wish to buy us something, we have registered with Zola and Crate & Barrel. You can find the links to both on our Registry tab.
