You can take Singapore Airlines all the way from USA to Bangladesh. You can leave from a USA hub such as LAX, SFO, ORD and fly direct to Singapore and then Dhaka. Example: SFO-SIN-DAC

You can book through the United website and fly from SFO-SIN-DAC (San Francisco to Singapore to Dhaka). You would from San Francisco to Singapore on United and then Singapore to Dhaka on Singapore Airlines. There are cheaper options from Singapore as well, like US Bangla airlines or Bangladesh Biman Airlines. Another option on United is EWR-DEL-DAC (Newark to New Delhi to Dhaka). You can fly from Delhi to Dhaka on US Bangla, Air India, Bangladesh Biman.
