No, drink bottled water. All restaurants in Dhaka provide bottled water and you can buy it at any grocery store. Everyone will have bottled water at the events.
You can, but we don't recommend it. There is public transportation including Uber. Uber is cheaper over there. You can also take rickshaws around Gulshan.
Some hotels provide airport shuttle, but if you end up needing transportation let us know ahead of time and we will arrange it for you.

Due to the events being outdoors and licensing issues, the venues are unable to provide alcohol. We will be providing bottled water, pop, coffee, tea, and Borhani (local yogurt drink).
