We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Cole and Eve started out as freshman year classmates at Northern Arizona University in 2016, Cole studying biomedical sciences and Eve studying exercise science. A lot of their classes overlapped that first year and they became "school" friends. Come spring 2017, Eve entered a campus coupon book photo competition on a whim (you would too for a $300 spa gift card and $100 Dutch Bros gift card ;), she ended up winning! After winning she needed to submit photos of "six of her guy friends" to potentially be on the cover of the coupon book with her, the editor of the coupon book would pick "the guy that looked best with her." When Eve asked Cole if she could submit his picture, he said yes, and low and behold he was the chosen coupon cover boy! Eve and Cole spent a whole day together driving from Flagstaff to Phoenix and back, their first one on one time together, learning that they shared similar music tastes, a shared dislike for spicy foods and generally very similar world views. The photo shoot went well, the coupon book was set to be everywhere on the NAU campus in fall 2017, they returned to Flagstaff to finish their freshman year and parted ways for the summer. Come fall 2017, Cole kindly reached out to Eve to be there for her as a friend after hearing of some personal hardships that had come up for her at the start of their sophomore year. They met for evening tea at Steep, a college student favorite tea shop, and Cole courteously listened to Eve pour her heart out for hours on end. They continued to build a closer and closer friendship after that, one thing leading to another, and before they knew it they were going on their first "real" date, then a second, then a third. As Eve's friends were finding out about her new romance, she got to tell them each time - "yep, it's the boy on the coupon book with me." :)
