We will be providing school bus transportation to and from the hotel and venue. There will be two trips from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony, and two trips from the venue to the hotel after the reception. Times TBD!

We have reserved a block of rooms for guests traveling to celebrate with us. They prefer guests book directly with them so call the provided number and book under EVANS WEDDING for Saturday, Sept. 26th. The block will be held at the discounted rate until Sept. 5th or when all of the rooms are booked. Rooms with 2 queens beds and rooms with 1 king bed available for $78.
