Once upon a time there was a high school guy with skater boy hair, friends with a girl who had a dorky sister in middle school. This sister thought the boy was dreamy, but obviously out of her league. Fast forward 8+ years, and dorky Shannon is out at the bar celebrating her 21st birthday with her family. Enter Kyle, no longer rocking the shaggy skater hair, and he offers to buy Shannon their now go-to drink, an Irish car bomb.. how romantic. After not one, but two denials from Shannon's sister for permission to talk to her, Kyle sent that Facebook friend request anyway and the rest is history.. Now six years, a beautiful son, and a crazy dog later, the two are finally making their love official. Time to celebrate the soon-to-be Evans family!
