Is there ceremony/reception inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony is outside as planned. The reception has been moved outside under a tent. Tables will be 6 feet apart from each other.

Will guests be required to wear a mask?

Answer

Like any other gathering, guests are strongly encouraged to wear masks when they cannot socially distance. We have made accommodations to enable social distancing. Please use a mask at your discretion.

Will staff have the proper PPE?

Yes, staff will have the necessary PPE.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed to both you and your significant other or states "and guest", then yes. If not, then we'd prefer to spend our time celebrating with just you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we want to spend this weekend with our friends and give you the chance for some fun, adult time. Book a sitter and make it a date night!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing busing to and from the hotel and venue. Times TBD.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, when you arrive venue staff will direct you where to park.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal or dressy-casual. Suits and ties, cocktail dresses, sundresses, khakis or slacks and a button up.. whatever you are most comfortable in!
