If you will be flying in for the wedding, we recommend PDX, servicing flights from United, Delta, JetBlue, Alaska, Southwest, and several other large airlines. PDX is 1 hour drive from Hood River, and 1.5 hours to Cooper Spur (where our Ceremony & Reception is taking place)

We are getting married at a location with cabins and some hotel rooms to house people on site. In the Save the Dates you will have gotten a note with Hotel recommendations in Hood River, or with a link to a Survey for staying onsite. As much as we wish we could accommodate everyone to stay at Cooper Spur, please only contact Cooper Spur for booking over our wedding weekend (Friday & Saturday nights) if we have reached out to you. Best Western Plus Hood River Inn - FIRST STOP for Shuttle

There will be a shuttle running from this hotel from 3pm-Midnight. Shuttle will be outside starting at 2:45pm 7/16. It departs at 3pm Sharp, please be outside by 2:50pm! Shuttle will drop back off here, leaving Cooper Spur either at 8pm, 10pm or Midnight. Please tell the driver as you depart which hotel you're going to.

Inn at the Gorge - SECOND STOP for Shuttle

Inn at the Gorge is the 2nd stop on the Shuttle Route on the way to Cooper Spur for the wedding. Shuttle ARRIVES at Inn at the Gorge at 3:10pm. Shuttle DEPARTS Inn at the Gorge at 3:20pm. Shuttle will drop back off at Inn at the Gorge, leaving Cooper Spur at 8pm, 10pm, Midnight. Please tell the driver when you depart which hotel you are going to.

Other Hotel & Shuttle Options - Day of Wedding Details

On the way TO the venue on 7/16, we will have a shuttle departing from A) Best Western and B) Inn at the Gorge. Best Western: Driver will be there from 2:45-3pm Inn at the Gorge: Driver will be there from 3:10-3:20 **Please be on time, the driver will leave after these windows** Shuttle will be departing Cooper Spur at - 8pm (post dinner & cake cutting & first dances) - 10pm (at end of reception, before the After Party at Crooked Tree Tavern) - Midnight (post after-party at Crooked Tree Tavern) If you are staying at another Hood River area hotel, I recommend getting a Uber/Lyft/Taxi to the closest of those 2 destinations to catch the shuttle. All the hotels are within 2 miles. On the way FROM the venue, you can tell the driver your Hotel and they will bring you there directly. Hotels included are : 1) Best Western 2) Hampton Inn 3) Inn at the Gorge 4) Hood River Hotel We also have a large group staying in an Airbnb, the bus driver has that address & will drop you off at your Airbnb door. For this reason, I suggest leaving your car/rental car at your hotel and taking a ride to the "pick up" point, because you'll be able to get back to your hotel directly at night. Travel to/from Wedding

Note that Cooper Spur is 30 minutes on a mountainous road from the town of Hood River. We highly recommend the shuttles for those staying in Hood River to avoid a late night drive, especially where alcohol is involved. If you would like to drive you are welcome to, and there is plenty of parking at Cooper Spur. Please note that Ubers/Lyfts are sparse out as far as Cooper Spur and may prove difficult/expensive.
