The drive from DIA to Estes Park is approximately 1.5 hours, so we encourage guests to coordinate car rentals or ride-shares with other attendees if willing and able. The bride and groom have reserved 35 rooms for 2 nights each at the YMCA of the Rockies Lodge - for info about YMCA activities visit the "Things to Do" tab Making Your Lodging Reservation: Click the booking link below to access the group’s room block. Use the Booking ID/Password below to log into the groups block, then select "Book Now", ensuring the room filter matches the dates provided (08/28/2026 – 08/30/2026). If you wish to extend your stay, begin by booking the dates listed above, then call Central Reservations at the number provided below to extend your dates, this will get you the most discounted rate possible! Shuttle
Shuttle from Longs Peak Lodge to Ceremony Location

Overlook Chapel has extremely limited parking space, so we are shuttling guests from outside of Longs Peak Lodge to the mountainside where the ceremony will be held. Longs Peak Lodge has ample parking both for those staying the night and for guests coming for the day. This shuttle service will begin at 3:10pm and the last ride up will leave at 3:55. Please plan to take the shuttle as very few parking spots will be left after those involved in the ceremony and those with accessible needs arrive, and special parking permits are required. If you have accessibility needs, please reach out to the bride or groom.

Shuttle from Overlook Chapel (ceremony) to Assembly Hall (reception)

After we tie the knot, the shuttle will return guests to Assembly Hall where cocktail hour and the reception will be held for the festivities to continue! Please note that cocktail hour will start at 5pm, so if you arrive early from the mountainside, we appreciate your patience while we set up!
