Here are some of our favorite spots in the city that are worth exploring.

A gorgeous spot for sea winds and views. Overlook the Pacific Ocean as you enjoy the view from lookouts and hike around Land's End.

Sutro Baths

Requires a car, and a little out of the way. Regardless, a magnificent lookout point to see the Golden Gate Bridge and Pacific Ocean.

Marin Headlands

KID-FRIENDLY. An amazing science and natural history institution located in Golden Gate Park, which has so much to offer on its broad grounds (hint: there's a rainforest inside).

California Academy of Sciences

KID-FRIENDLY. A science "museum" that offers interactive and tactile fun – highly recommend visiting. One of the coolest places in the city for both kids and adults alike!

The Exploratorium

A beautiful modern art museum located not too far from our venue. It is one of the largest museums of modern and contemporary art in the United States, and it is well worth a visit.

SF Museum of Modern Art (MoMA)

Built to commemorate Californian soldiers who died in World War I, this museum houses 4,000 years of ancient and European art. The museum building alone is a piece of art, and view to die for.

Legion of Honor Museum

One of our all-time favorite Italian spots in the city. As an appetizer, their spicy meatballs are not to be missed! And of course their tiramisu is fantastic as well.

Seven Hills Italian Restaurant

An intimate spot to get a fresh omakase meal in Japantown. It's one of our favorite best-kept secrets. (And while you're there, you need to try the matcha or Hojicha ice cream from Matcha Café Maiko!)

Famed for their breads and pastries, Tartine is a local gem. You must try their banana cream tart. And that's all we're going to say about it.

Tartine Bakery

Organic, small-batch ice cream that reps San Francisco well. They have unique flavors that make it well worth the possible wait in line of both locals and tourists alike!
