Question
Any vaccine protocols we should be aware of?
Answer
We love every single one of our guests so much, and because of that, we kindly ask that only guests who are vaccinated against COVID-19 join us for this celebration. We are so happy to celebrate with our unvaccinated friends and family at an alternative time. If you have any concerns or questions about this, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

Will there be transportation to the venue?
Answer
Yes! We have contracted with a local company to offer transportation service from the Holiday Inn Downtown Johnstown to the venue, Hinckston Run Farm. The shuttle comes to us in the form of a school bus (yeehaw!) and can accommodate ~30 passengers per trip. The bus will make two pick-up trips from the Holiday Inn— one departure at 2:30 and one at 3:30, so we plan on being able to pick up roughly 60 guests. The bus will also make two different drop-off trips back to the Holiday Inn at the end of the night/reception- one at 9:30 and one at 10:30. You can of course, drive yourselves as well! The total travel time from Downtown Johnstown to the venue by car is approximately 15 minutes.

But what should we wear?!
Answer
We came up with "Midsummer Chic"- comfortable and classy! Both the ceremony and the reception will be at Hinckston Run Farm, with the ceremony taking place outside in a grassy area. Dinner will take place in the farmhouse, which is equipped with AC! We are very much hoping to dance the night away on the stone patio between the ceremony area and the farmhouse. The wedding party will be in ink blue, pine green, cabernet red, desert rose, and navy blue! Please do feel free to coordinate with us if you'd like!

Can the kiddos join?
Answer
While we absolutely love your sweet babes, we kindly ask that kiddos that are not in our family and/or in the wedding party stay home. We hope that means you are able to fully celebrate with us!
Question
Is anyone changing their name? In case we want to get you something that acknowledges that!
Answer
For right now, we are keeping our respective names! Sometimes, we casually & lovingly refer to our household (Katie, Ethan, Luke) as 'the Stewkas.' So you may see that at the reception!
