Train
San Clemente has a free trolley and the venue is right on one of the routes! You can also take it to our Welcome Drinks or to the brunch on Saturday. There is also a public bus that runs in the city.

[NO MORE ROOMS AT OUR RATE] This is the one hotel that we have blocked rooms for the wedding and is the hotel that we will be staying at. It is close to the main strip of the town and there is a bus (and the San Clemente trolley) that can take you from here to the wedding venue. It is also less than a mile walk from here to the beach.

This is another great hotel option for those who want to stay in San Clemente. However, it is further away from the main strip of the town and the beach.

The Marriot is a bit further away from the venue (about a 10-minute drive), but it has a beautiful ocean view and may provide a more comfortable stay.
Flight
The John Wayne airport is the closest airport and is only 30 minutes away. It is a smaller airport and it might have limited flight options.

LAX is the largest nearby airport. However, it is a bit over an hour from our venue and can be even further if there is traffic. Some of our guests who don't want to rent a car may consider taking the Amtrak from LA Union Station to San Clemente.

The San Diego airport is also about an hour away from San Clemente, but it may have less traffic and chaos than LAX.
Train
San Clemente has two stations, with one that is within walking distance from our wedding venue. However, this station only has two trains per day. So this option might not work for everyone, but it might work for some people.
Travel Note
It is a long schlep from either San Diego or LA to San Clemente. However, San Clemente is a small town and all our events will be in close proximity in town. The option to rent a car is of course up to you and it may make things easier. However, we hope to make it possible to skip renting a car and rely on the bus (or the free San Clemente trolley!), Uber, and walking.
