What will the weather be like this time of year?
Answer
We are getting married in the most beautiful part of the Minnesota/Wisconsin summer! The average high is 78°F, and the average low is 61°F in Pepin, WI in July.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Where should I park?
Answer
The parking lot has 75 spaces, with an additional 15 parking spaces on the side of the road near the venue.

What will we do in between the ceremony and reception?
Answer
We will be having a cocktail hour after the ceremony at the site of the reception. The reception space is just a short walk across the grass from the ceremony space. During cocktail hour there will be yard games for you to enjoy! Guests will be asked to be seated for the grand march at 5:40, and dinner will start promptly by 6:00.

Is the ceremony and reception indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Should there be inclement weather, the reception space has the ability to be covered and will serve as both the ceremony and reception space.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Answer
Our RSVP deadline is June 13th, however, it would be helpful if you RSVP as soon as you know if you will be able to attend! You can RSVP with the provided card in your wedding invitation, or you can easily RSVP online under the RSVP section on Zola. Please note: If you are using the RSVP card given in the invitation, please make sure to write your names on the line, along with a return address on the envelope, so we know who is coming!

Will there be any vegetarian options?
Answer
Yes, please indicate on your RSVP if you would like a vegetarian meal so we can plan accordingly!

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?
Answer
Since our guests are staying all over Pepin and surrounding cities, we will not have transportation between the venue and hotels/rentals. Please know that Pepin is a smaller town, so Ubers and Lyfts may not be accessible.

Where are you registered?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created an online registry with Crate and Barrel and Target.

What type of food will be served?
Answer
We love barbeque food, so it was a no brainer for us when choosing the food to serve at our wedding! We will serve chicken and beef, all the comfort food sides, salad, and bread!
