Camping Weekend

If you plan on staying the weekend please let us know if you will be staying at a hotel nearby, bringing a tent or hoping to stay in a cabin (cabins are open air and contain 6 single beds with mattresses).

Ceremony and Reception

2:00 pm - 9:30 pm

We’d love to see you in your semi-formal best, but please keep the rustic terrain in mind! Our ceremony features natural log seating, and paths are covered in wood chips and uneven ground. For your comfort and safety, please avoid stilettos—block heels, wedges, or dressy flats are much better for the forest floor. It can also get chilly at night, so we recommend bringing a light jacket, or shawl.

3:00 PM | Blooms & Brews Start early! Grab a drink and visit our Flower Crown Station to decorate yourself for a night in the forest. 4:00 PM | Ceremony Vows in the Outdoor Amphitheater. Follow the trail from main camp to our wooded ceremony site. 4:30 PM | Cocktail Hour Toast with drinks and bites in the fresh forest air. There will also be a Photo Booth printing 4x6 photographs to take home. 5:45 PM | Food Truck Festival Enjoy wood-fired pizza and street tacos from our trucks, plus seasonal salads. 7:00 PM | Dancing We’ll hit the dance floor under the stars! 10:00 PM | Starlight & Campfires Music ends at 10, but the fun continues with a main campfire and smaller fires available to light at each "village." Camp Life This is a rustic camp with uneven ground. Wear flats or sturdy boots—no heels! If staying overnight, please set up your bed before the 4:00 PM ceremony so you can head straight to sleep later.

There will be a small, camp style breakfast at the outdoor dinning hall, maybe with a mimosa toast!
