Let’s do this! (After the virus edition)

We could sauce this up and make it more flowery, concoct some romantic story to tell...like that we locked eyes across a crowded room at a masquerade ball, or that there was a funny mix up and we both had the same airplane seat assignment, or even that we were setup on a blind date with each other.  But that isn’t the story. And if you’re reading this then you likely already know how we met: on the internet. Come on, it’s 2020! Of course that’s how we met. Pat was on a free 6-month match.com membership after having a very unsuccessful initial 6 months. Erin was appeasing and humoring her adoring mother (who paid for Erin’s match.com membership, thanks mom!). Erin sent the first message, the topic of which was Pat’s dog. Duh. The beginning isn’t important. What’s important is that it began. And now here we are, happier than we have ever been, looking forward to a future together (with the dogs, of course!). Life was pretty good before but it’s absolutely fantastic now as we excitedly plan the beer and taco shindig to end all beer and taco shindigs! Thank you all for being special parts of our lives. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
