Genève Aéroport

To allow for a day or two buffer in case of delayed travel, we recommend flying in on Saturday or Sunday before the wedding. Flying into Geneva's International Airport is everyone's best bet. From there, a nice coach bus via FlixBus or Swiss Tours can take you directly to the main downtown Chamonix bus terminal. If you're coming to town on Monday, you can use Mountain Drop Offs or Alpybus to take you right to the chalet. Travel within Chamonix itself is super easy by foot or by bus. Chalet Valhalla

We have rented a chalet for three nights - our treat as a thank you for traveling all this way! Every duo will have their own bedroom and bathroom, with the shared spaces including the living room, dining room, kitchen, patio, sauna, and hot tub. To get to the chalet, there are a few options. If you're coming from the main downtown Chamonix Sud Bus Station, there is a company - Alp Taxi Chamonix (+33681787951) - that may be available for hire. There is also a local bus (Line 2) every 30 minutes from the station that will take you close to the Mediatheque stop, and from there, it's a 0.25 mile (5 minute) walk to the chalet. Otherwise, from the bus station to the chalet is a 1 mile (24 minute) walk.
