Check-In
2:00 pm
This is when we will gain access to the chalet for our stay. The chalet will be unlocked from then on, so even if we're out running errands, please make yourselves at home. Everyone's rooms will have a labeled welcome bag at the door - so you know which room is yours!
Welcome Dinner
6:30 pm
Our first night, we will have a group dinner once everyone has arrived and is settled. Dinner will be provided at the chalet by a private chef (la-di-da!), and features a summer BBQ menu with a few different courses (see our Welcome Dinner Menu tab for more details!) It will all be very casual and provide time for us all to unwind and relax, so no dressing up needed.

Erin and Nick First Look and Photos
1:30 pm - 3:45 pm
Nick and Erin will have a first look, and depart to have photos taken off-site before the ceremony, sometime around 1:30 pm. This timing is weather-dependent.
Family Photos
3:45 pm - 4:15 pm
Erin and Nick's families will have some photos taken before the ceremony.
Ceremony
4:30 pm
It's time! Weather permitting, we will have the ceremony outside on the back lawn of the chalet, with indoors as a backup.
A Toast!
4:45 pm - 5:30 pm
After the ceremony, we will have a toast and some appetizers at the chalet before heading out for drinks. Timing around this is pretty loose and flexible, but we will be leaving the chalet around 5:30 pm.
Happy Hour
5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
After the toast, we will all head to happy hour drinks at Bar le QuartzBar by the Hôtel Hameau Albert 1er. The bar is about a 10-minute walk from the chalet, and another 10-minute walk from the bar to dinner. We'd recommend preparing to have an umbrella on hand in case of rain. We will hang out here until our dinner reservation.

Bizes is a super cool, vibey little restaurant that we've chosen for our dinner after the ceremony! They specialize in delicious "Josper grilled" local ingredients, and we'd love for you to check out their website to see what's in store. https://www.bizes.fr/ Our plans from dinner onward will be loose and flexible.

Day After
9:00 am
For our last day at the chalet, we envision having this day to relax and hang out in town. All activities today are totally TBD, and totally optional. Anyone is invited to plan a shared activity, or you're welcome to do you're own thing - whatever works! See "Things To Do" for ideas on how to fill the day.

The chalet has requested that we lightly wipe down surfaces, empty the fridge, remove trash, and strip the beds before departure. If only we could stay forever!
