You are more than welcome to begin arriving to start setting up camp. We only ask that you please respect that certain areas will be off limits as the wedding party will still be scrambling around to get things ready. We'd recommend setting up your campsite and then spending the next few hours until the ceremony exploring Florence and the gorgeous local areas surrounding the camp!

As you begin arriving, we ask that you please bring your potluck food items to the big catering kitchen so we can either refrigerate it or keep it warm. At this time we will ask you to label your dish of allergens with materials we will supply.

There will be an open bar while we get all of the potluck and catered food ready. It will be self-serve - please enjoy and drink responsibly!

Main meal will be BBQ with side dishes supplemented by the potluck.
3:15 pm
Within the reception meadow there is a place to swim, areas to play field games, and to dance. If you choose to swim, please make sure you are not inebriated. There will be no life-guard on duty. Be safe and have fun!

Whoever would like to is welcome to help us break down decorations and clean up camp. The only folks required to help out are the wedding party. Everyone else is welcome to sleep in as long as they are completely out of the camp by 10:30.
