Fave Thai Food- SO GOOD!
Check out the hiking, incredible Teton range views from within the Tetons, and get in some great mountain biking.
Well, this speaks for itself. If you're visiting us, we hope you'll make a day trip over to the park (if we don't make it over there Friday or Sunday) and check out the incredible place we live. This is also prime wildlife season, so you have one of the best chances of seeing some of our most famous animals friends. Feel free to ask us as we get closer for suggestions based on recent weather, or what you're hoping to do! Grand Teton National Park is truly one of the greatest treasures of this country, and a huge part of not only our bond but why we choose this for our home. We hope you love it as much as we do!
Known for our two-handle couch that we set on the rails of our pickups to watch movies at this drive-in theater just down the road from us, it's as Idaho as you get.
If you drive through Tetonia, and keep heading toward Rexburg, a few minutes out you'll see the Tetonia Overlook on the left as you head up a hill. Some absolutely spectacular views of the Tetons from the Idaho side.
Check out our friends and their amazing business which will not only share with you the highlights of where we live, but the amazing craft brewing and food scene in our area!
Because a huge portion of our community is hispanic, we have some amazing food options and we loooove this little family-run spot!
If you're looking for a splurge meal, this is the place. It's amazing!
A favorite breakfast spot, with fresh bagels! They also have a location in Victor, ID- about 15 min down the valley from us!
We're huge fans of Yeti's Post and the family that runs it. They are not only amazing people, but they make the best fresh donuts you can find for miles.
Heard good things if you're interested in doing a horseback trail ride!
If we don't make it out for a group float, we highly suggest checking the Teton out. It's one of our favorite spots for casual floats, (paddleboards can be rented in town) and for fishing!
Best spot for a huckleberry milkshake!
Our favorite little all-in-one shop for groceries if you're on the south end of Teton Valley!
General grocery for the valley. Not open on Sundays-- (most places here aren't, due to Mormon religion. So, plan food accordingly!)
If you are here for a trip of it, check out Yellowstone which is just a few hours north of us!
For friends visiting, we suggest everyone make a trip over Teton Pass! It's our daily commute, and a different way of life for those of who grew up on an island! It's gorgeous, and you get to cover Wyoming and Idaho in one trip! There are also some awesome hiking trails out of here, and mountain biking (expert level)- but keep in mind you're starting elevation is about 8-9,000 feet at the top, so you can feel it!
Without a doubt one of our favorite breweries in the area with some of the best food to go with! Don't miss this spot!
This is an incredible museum that you can experience in just an hour or two! It features some of the most incredible wildlife art in America, as well as featuring traveling works and overlooking the National Elk Refuge!
