Travel Options

Traveling by air For those of you who are traveling from out-of-town, we are so grateful that you are making the trip to Marco Island for our wedding celebration. The nearest major airport is the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). Other airports within a few-hours drive are: Punta Gorda, Tampa, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Orlando. Driving We know many of our guests will chose to drive, please see the wedding location for the address. We will have updates on parking as we get closer to the date.

JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort

We have reserved a room block at the JW Marriott on Marco Island (our venue) for your convenience. Please be sure to reserve your room as soon as possible to receive the special discounted rate (see below for booking instructions). Regular guest rooms are $269 per night; Gulf View rooms are $319. ***Reservations must be made by 5:00 pm EST, Tuesday, November 20th, 2018. Booking: The JW has provided us with a website (click “view”) for you to directly book through our room block. If you wish to book a suite or different type of room, please call the number below. When making your reservation by phone, ONLY call 1-800-Get-Here. Calling the in house department is important, they are open Monday-Sunday 9:00am-5:30pm. *IMPORTANT: If you would like to reserve a room but the block is full, please let either Jake or Erin know as more rooms, and possibly other room options, can be requested on their end. You may also wish to check travel sights for deals on rooms.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Naples

We have a special room rate for the wedding at the Spring Hill Suites in Naples, roughly a 30 minute drive from the wedding venue and next door to the Fairfield Inn option. You can choose either a King or Queen-Queen suite for $109 a night. The rooms include a separate living area with a sofa bed as well.This rate is available December 20-24. Please note: This is a rate, not a block, therefore we do not have a set number of rooms reserved. This means that it is best to book as early as possible to ensure you can reserve a room. Marriott's Crystal Shores

While we don’t have a special rate at Crystal Shores, the vacation club is only a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the JW and has both 2- and 3-bedroom villas available (although they are quickly running out). The villas are each equipped with a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi access, private balconies and much more.
