HOW ARE WE MONITORING THE CURRENT COVID-19 PANDEMIC?

Answer

The safety of our family, friends, vendors, and host is our TOP priority. We are closely monitoring data regarding the pandemic and are in regular communication with the venue, vendors, etc to make sure the event is as safe as possible. The Meekermark is a combination indoor/outdoor venue with plenty of space to accommodate your needed level of social distancing and utilization of masks, at your preference. Our food and drink vendors have communicated that they will be following current CDC guidelines and taking additional sanitary measures. We will be continuously working on the details.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

Yes! We would love for the whole family to celebrate with us! There are currently no restrictions on children attending events and would love to see yours. However, please keep in mind others' preferences for social distancing. Also be advised that unsupervised children will be given espresso and a puppy :)

IS THE EVENT PET FRIENDLY?

Answer

Our dog Norman will be participating in the ceremony. However, the venue does not allow pets to be present while food is being served, which is pretty much the remainder of the night.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO THE SERVICE?

Answer

Please check the travel and accommodations page. We are working to provide shuttle service to and from one of the local hotels. If you feel that you would like to take advantage of the shuttle service please make sure to stay at the designated hotel. We have been told that Lyft and Uber are inconsistent in the area around the venue.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

IS THIS A DRY WEDDING?

Answer

Nope! An open bar will be available during both the cocktail hour and reception. Non-alcoholic options will be available as well. Enjoy!

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

Dietary preferences should be indicated on your RSVP. If there are additional concerns please reach out to us directly.
