Shuttle to/from the Wedding
3:30 pm - 10:00 pm
We are providing shuttle buses to and from the recommended hotels and the venue on Saturday evening (schedule to come). The shuttles are school buses (no AC!) and are completely optional. The venue is about 10 minutes from downtown Staunton and has plenty of parking. SCHEDULE: Bus 1 will Arrive at hotel 24 at 3:35 pm Depart from hotel 24 at 3:45 pm Arrive at Blackburn Inn at 3:50 pm Depart from Blackburn inn at 4:00 pm Arrive at Red August at 4:15 pm Bus 2 will arrive at Tru at 3:45 pm Depart from Tru at 3:55 pm Arrive at Fairfield at 3:55 pm Depart from Fairfield at 4:00 pm Arrive at Red August at 4:15 pm Ceremony begins at 4:30 pm Early Bird departure at 8:45 pm Final Departure at 10:00 pm

The ceremony will begin at 4:30, followed by a cocktail hour and reception. Shuttle buses will be provided to and from the hotels and the venue. Look out for the shuttle schedule as we get closer to the wedding. There is also plentiful parking at the venue.
