Hannah and Erika go way back to the 3rd grade as they grew up together in Elkhorn! They became close friends over their high school years and frequently visited each other in college, even becoming roommates in Phoenix in 2021. Hannah is like a second mom to Nemo, Erika and Brandon’s cat and is the honorary “third wheel” in their relationship!

Melody and Erika met on an intramural soccer team at UW-Madison in 2015. Although they weren’t the best players, their time spent together on the bench sparked a lasting friendship! They became college roommates, enjoyed countless spring breaks and vacations together, earned second degrees at Marquette at the same time, and now both live in Madison!

Ashlyn and Erika became fast friends after being introduced by Kody during their freshman or sophomore year at UW-Madison. Since then, they’ve attended Packers games, traveled to Europe, enjoyed multiple festivals, and shared in some amazing vacations together!

Kat and Erika met through college friends at UW-Madison in 2015 and have been close ever since! With plenty of inside jokes and fun times together, Kat has visited Erika several times while living out-of-state, and now they both live in the Madison area!

Hannah and Erika were introduced by Melody at UW-Madison in 2018 and hit it off immediately! They’ve taken several road trips together, attended the same nursing program at Marquette, and now both live in Madison, working at the same hospital!

Kody, Erika, and Brandon have been friends since their first year at UW-Madison in 2014! Erika and Kody connected on Facebook and started the “State Street Foodies” student org, while Brandon lived on the same freshman dorm floor as Kody. Brandon went on to live with Kody sophomore year and Erika and Kody were roommates the summer of 2019 when they both weren’t quite ready to leave Madison. Kody also rescued their cat, Nemo, during a camping trip in 2020. Kody has played a significant role in their lives, and they couldn’t imagine anyone better to marry them!
