For our out-of-state guests we would recommend selecting a flight to: - Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) in Madison, WI (16 min from venue) - Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) in Milwaukee, WI (1.5 hrs from venue) - Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) in Chicago, IL (2 hrs from venue).

Airport Transportation

For Madison Concourse guests flying into Madison: a complimentary airport shuttle is available for service between Dane County Regional Airport and the hotel. The shuttle serves all overnight guests and runs between 4:30AM and 10:30PM: https://www.concoursehotel.com/our-hotel For Hampton Inn guests flying into Madison: an airport shuttle is not currently offered, however Uber/Lyfts are easy to find in the area. If you are flying into Milwaukee/Chicago: Coach USA has good options for airport transportation. When selecting the destination, choose: 250 N. Lake St- Madison UW Campus - Madison, WI as this is the closest stop to the hotel blocks: https://www.coachusa.com/bus-schedules

Downtown Madison Parking

If you are opting to drive downtown, just know parking can sometimes be tricky! There is limited street parking available near the venue, and the closest parking lots are: - Lot 6 (Helen C. White Library Parking Garage - 600 N. Park Street) - Lot 7 (Grainger Hall Ramp - 325 N. Brooks Street) - Lot 46 (corner of Lake & Johnson - 301 N. Lake Street) - Lot 83 (Fluno Center - 314 N. Frances Street).
